I think I bought too big

That is a very nice looking trailer. You don't give much info as to how many people will be using it or how often you will use it or how far you will be towing it, or anything. You definitely have a big enough truck to pull it and at 23' it does not seem large to me at all. I would use it this year and if you still feel that way at the end of the year sell it or trade it in for something smaller; but give it a chance. You will be surprised just how confining a trailer can be when the weather is bad and you are stuck in it for a few days.
