I thought I'd start a little war with you 1 ton guys.

I presently have a half ton dodge with a hemi. The plan is to buy a used 5th wheel, over 35 feet with 3 or 4 slides and leave it in a campground near Austin Texas for the winter. I love my little half...

Go for it and drive accordingly! I just sold a 9600 gvw 5er to a guy with a 12 SB 1/2T CC and he wasn't just planning on going around the block. He had 5ers before and swore he knew what he was doing. He didn't have a hitch installed yet and I told him he better see if he could get a deal on airbags while he was getting the hitch. Craig
