I have a 5/4" treated wood frame following the outline of the base of the TC with 1" styrofoam chewy center in it. I also attached 1" styrofoam to the sides of the TC tub and out under th wings over the bed rails. It helped a bit but I don't think it will cure the cold feet situation. I think you may have to look at other options listed previously which seemed reasonable to me. You already have carpet which is a big help against cold floors. I liked the styrofoam pad for your feet to rest on while sitting. Electric socks sound like a good idea. I'm going to have to second the socks. You could also look into a 12 Volt blanket you could wrap around your shoes and warm up that way. The circulation fan could help too. It's a lot colder in a TC by the floor than it is chest height at the dinette table. It's 70 inside my TC right now and 23 outside. I feel warm but my feet are cold. A fan could be the cheapest easiest remedy to try first. Good luck...
