Speaking big picture, sentimental guy I am, I'm happy to see the Cherokee name come back.
I had a 1990 black Cherokee Limited with every option and the full-time "Selec-Trac" 4x4 system and it was a GREAT little truck. Could go off-road like nobody's business and was dead-nuts reliable.
