Backing trailer onto hitch is always a two person job. I did put a little backup eye in the handle on my tailgate. It will get my close to lining up but not close enough without me jumping in and out...
Although the hitch cameras are great, I have had great luck with a simple mirror that only costs under $40. Only have to get out of the truck one time to check on the height. Barney
