Ben, I don't know anything about the truck other that what the ad says. I know enough folks are looking for an 8.1 Burb that I thought I would post as a public service. As with any used vehicle purchase, the buyer should get it inspected to their satisfaction. I don't know if it was used for towing, racing, or church on Sundays.
Bear in mind the 4L85E (and its predecessor the 4L80E that I have) are derived from the old bulletproof TH-400. It's not a weak trans by any means, but that doesn't mean that parts don'r break.
