If money were no problem, I would buy a new Prevost and use the Excursion as a toad. :B

35 foot trailer behind an Excursion? Not somethong I would consider. Money no problem, I would have a new Ram dually and a new 39 foot fiver. Money being tight as were retired Ill keep my 36 foot fiver and 10 year old dually

Don’t worry about the gas engine revving. That V10 will sing all day at 4500-5500 rpm.

As far as mods to the Ex...

* Hellweig sway bar for the rear if your Ex doesn’t have one
* Do a new tune up and replace the coil pack’s boots and springs
* Swap in some 4:56 axle gears
*Get a custom tune from 5 Star Tuning
*Replace the transmission with a built transmission from BTS (Brian’s Transmission Shop)
* do the Y pipe mod from 5 Star Tuning and get rid of the restrictive y pipe junction in your exhaust
* Install a new head unit with Apple Car Or Android
*Install a back up camera (wonderful inventions)
*replace the soft brake lines (probably need done anyway)
* upgrade the brake controller to a proportional brake controller if not already done
*upgrade the receiver to a Bigger model (just for kicks and giggles)
*If worn refresh the interior
*buy a Hensley Arrow weight distribution hitch
*enjoy the greatest towing family vehicle (for 5 plus) ever devised by humans. The Ford Excursion with the Gas V10.

That’s about all I can think of if money were no object.

Well, I am playing the lottery and my husband did win $10.00 from Publisher's Clearing House, so anything is possible. :W

If money were no problem there is a good chance you wouldn't want to hang out with us poor RVing peasants who consider ourselves fortunate if we can afford a new Prevost.

Perhaps you haven't hung around some of the very rich. I would much prefer to hang around the rv crowd any day.

I would upgrade to a newer turbodiesel powered HD (Heavy Duty) tow vehicle.
