There are large differences in attitude when you are talking to owner of dealership and some flunky who just wants you out of their hair. We had this happen to us last year in Richland, WA. The woman in Repair told us they were booked forever and maybe in four weeks. A young woman stepped out (daughter of owner and co-owner herself) and said, "we can take care of this now!" As a consequence, I wrote a very nice post on the Open Range Owners' forum. We figure that you always report nice things - and the same with real garbage. The same is true for TripAdvisor.
