I.E. A particular problem exists for the camper manufacturer, shows up 2 years after ownership as to what the problem is.
Owner is perplexed as to what to do, but, one day after thinking over a solution for several days/ weeks without success because the problem is so far insurmountable, you find your self talking to some school dropout, no degrees ,no formal extensive education, say something, maybe just one word or perhaps a set of words that triggers a thought. Now unable to listen to the rest of the conversation because of the sudden capitol/ unbeleivable solution creeps in out of nowhere.
Never discount anyone, Have faith you guys.
Some of the lowliest people have helped the most in my life.
