These were all 3/4T gms but that doesn't matter with the electronics and the od trans. Electronics and OD were the downfall of my gms. The 56, 63, 65, 70, 75 and 2 - 78s were all fine. The 91, 93 and the 2000 were all plagued starting at about 75k miles and then the problems came one right after the other til I got rid if them. I fixed some of the things myself but I didn't have time for the big repairs and they got expensive really quick. My 96 dodge 1/2T was totally trouble free but I outgrew it fast. The 97 CTD was in 4 times for simple warranty/recall items and between then and 100k miles I had two $45 parts/simple repairs to make. My 03 was in for one recall and one warranty item and since then I replaced the tps once. My later dodges have put my later gms to shame! Craig
