I'm finally going to sell my popup I've owned since 2009. It is a 1994 Cobra / Flagstaff. I have been looking through Craigslist to come up with a price and I can't believe how much popups are selling...

BUT! Just because they are "listed" for a certain price does NOT mean they are actually SELLING for that price. There are those who say it's a "seller's market." Not true. The item will sell, only what the buyer is willing to pay and what the seller is willing to part with. Other wise, there is no sale. This listing price is bogus. It's a sellers "dream" price, but reality is usually different.
