I'm finally going to sell my popup I've owned since 2009. It is a 1994 Cobra / Flagstaff. I have been looking through Craigslist to come up with a price and I can't believe how much popups are selling...

I bought my rockwood (12' box) brand new at an RV show in 1995 for $5,200
Sold it in 2012 for $2,000.
Thats a pretty good depreciation I think for a 17 year old PUP.
But it was always stored inside, and I gave the entire interior/exterior a bath after every trip, Including the awning. It still looked "almost" brand new when I sold it. Everything was still original except for the tires.
