I bought a 2007 Fleetwood Bayside in 2011 for $6500. It's a nice model - toilet, slide with a pop out on opposing side, swing up counters, kings on both ends, etc. I'm putting new tires on it this week and am planning on listing it for $6000. We'll see see how it goes. $5500 may be more realistic.
