I'm selling it and I can't believe the prices
I'm finally going to sell my popup I've owned since 2009. It is a 1994 Cobra / Flagstaff. I have been looking through Craigslist to come up with a price and I can't believe how much popups are selling...

I'm hopeful that it's a seller's market.
I purchased a 2004 Fleetwood Redwood from the original owner that has been in a barn the past five years, and used very sparingly since new. Cost was $2000.00. The stove and oven were never used, the Thetford toilet was never used. The only used item in the trailer was the outdoor grill.
The camper was dirty, but no tears or holes anywhere in the screen or canvas. Everything is solid. The tires were original, date coded in 2003. I replaced the tires and battery, did a cleaning job, checked all systems, (everything works).
So, now it is ready to sell. I'm pricing it at $4500 and we'll see where it goes.
