Yea I hear you, my neighbor has been selling his 5th wheel for over a year now, its now on its 2nd consignment lot and still not sold so he is lowering the price for a lost.
So, I gather from your post that the neighbor had the 5er priced to provide some kind of profit to them. Even if one buys a Rolls Royce, there will be depreciation and the selling price will never reflect a true profit to the owner. Sounds like maybe the neighbor owes more on it than they can get in a sale. That would be typical. If this is the case they could have figured this out earlier and saved some payment money by lowering the price and getting it sold sooner.
