I'm towing a 17' Coleman camper with a V6 Grand Cherokee
rated to tow 5,000lb. It towes the 3,500lb (fully loaded) trailer really well. I did install a WD hitch with sway control so that helps.
I wouldn't go much more than this trailer but there is no need for an F350 tow vehicle as the Cherokee is my daily driver the 95% of the time we aren't towing the camper.
