Diesel fuel filter change is $99 plus 10% off of that.
Your dealer is probably losing money. The oil and filter alone at Wal-Mart prices costs more than that.

$99 + $69.99 = $168.99 - 10% = $152.91
$152.91 > $150
In the real world it's close enough to the same to say so.
