You need to increase your screen resolution. It is too small to display the sites you are looking at. If you increase the screen resolution, it will effectively shrink the pictures that are too big. If you are on Windows 10, right-click anywhere on the wallpaper picture. Then go to display settings, advanced, and you should see options for your display resolution. Pick one with bigger numbers than you are using.
Also when the site jumps around like that, it's probably because you started scrolling on it before it completely loaded.
