Blown valve body... they are duct taping it back together and it should be done next week, hence the shopping for a new truck.
For anyone who didn't read it on another thread - 2014 6.4 Hemi 2500 w/38K miles. Sitting in rush hour traffic pushed the gas the tach went up and I stayed put :(
Needless to say I will be a little less than trusting of once I get it back but I might just be overly paranoid. I just don't want it to fail on me when I'm in the middle of nowhere. It sounds like there's some pretty nice stuff coming out for the 2017 model year so I'll likely be off and on shopping this summer. Am anxious to learn the specs on the new Ford - 1000 ft of torque???? Also, I think Chevy/GMC is coming out with a redesign for 2017. Wow, it's a nice time to be a consumer.... these trucks nice these days!
