They are 2in square tubing with the OEM bump pads on them.
Yes they are bigger blocks above the upper overloads.
With the 2" larger bumpers the overloads are always working with the camper on the truck.
Take the camper off and they don't touch the overloads and your ride is back to our normal cushy ride :B
Yes it does reduce the squat and stops some of the sway.
