So this is probably not on your list, but I would encourage you to do some research, look at the construction, quality, and features of this unit. Of course you can't buy them new, but in the day, you'd have a hard time getting a better quality "traditional" travel trailer. I'd also put this one up against most of what is made today.
Made by Sunnybrook, the Mobile Scout brand was identical to the Sunnybrook top of the line Titan, only they were labeled that way for sale in the West/Southwest US.

All aluminum superstructure, Mor-Ryde suspension system, hidden hinges with pocket jig screws on cabinets plus hardwood faces, and plywood drawers. Porcelain and stainless fixtures, residential metal faucets, heated/insulated (larger) tanks, Corian countertops, etc.
