Find the floor plan that works and don't worry about the MFG so much. Most are built with the same stuff in the same way with the same BS "Ours is the bets" MFG quotes.
Plan for the worst and hope for the best. Two trailers on the same lot can be from different worlds. QC is all over the place.
With that being said some MFG do a few things above and beyond the rest. Our ORV while having some issues has many more amenities than others.
3 Maxair fans, two with remotes. Dual pane windows. In house bult frame. Shocks, Morryde 3000 equalizer and 16: GY Endurnace tires.
It however has had some issues but for the most part everything has work from the get go. All wiring including Sat and cable done right. All appliances have work from the get go. No plumbing leaks.
Starting with a good foundation helps get past some of the QC short comings.
Again two ORV units side by side and it's like one was built with trainee's and the other by the 'A' team.
Of those listed and your proximity I'd opt for a Jayco.
