Thanks - I guess a more succinct description of my problem is:

Door sticker: GVWR=7200, GAWR(rear)=4000
Owner Manual: GCWR=13000

CAT Scales: Steer axle = 3250 Drive axle = 4050 Trailer axle = 5200
(family+fuel+trailer tongue=7300)
