Rather than mount another tank I bought a 25 gal spot sprayer from Tractor Supply, sanitized it and carry it in the back of the truck. Run water into it and pump it into the TT. Also have a 55 gal food grade barrel that I made a rack for in the truck so I can fill it and gravity feed it into the sprayer. About $150 for everything.
