Indoor Storage: is it worth it

We pay $259/month for indoor storage for our new TT. The factors that make it worth it to me are:
Peace of mind, not worrying during bad weather, not worrying about break-ins
Everything lasts longer; roof, tires, decals, trim, vent covers, etc
Put it away clean, it's clean when you pick it up
Much better resale value due to better condition after several years
Much less fiberglass oxidation, rust, etc
The higher resale value and cost savings on tires and other parts destroyed by the sun may not cancel out the cost of the storage, but to me, the peace of mind and added security make up the difference.
