I agree with those that suggested a pole barn for storage. It keeps the sun and weather off the trailer. Around here hail is a concern. I pay $60. a month for covered storage.
Another option if you have room is get a carport built. I have a small TT that I keep at home. I purchased a carport for 2k that kept it out of the elements.
