Oh no, $6-$7k just for the RV. Budgeting about $3k to buy and setup the cargo trailer (tie downs points, wheel chocks, spare tire, etc). Sorry, should have made that more clear!!
I could use a 3500 van for the cargo cause I can't fit the two bikes in there.
If I remember correctly most of the MH's I've seen have a 5k towing capacity, which will be plenty. Figure the cargo trailer will be around 1200 pounds, I'll have 1000 pounds of motorcycle, then probably some miscellaneous stuff.

We're in a mild holding pattern until we get the offer for our Subaru probably next week. Just bookmarking CL things at the moment. RV trader isn't pulling up anything really, especially since we want to go private sale.
