Depends upon the camp ground you are at! Many I have been to, electricity is a no go, nearest water spigot can be a site or two down the lane.....assuming a national forest or state out in the boonies. So dry camping it is.
Local ski area I went too, again, NOT electricity, running water or sewer. So you show up with a full water, LP and a generator to charge house batteries during the 3+ days i was usually up their.....
But with all said and done, EV's are probably not fully capable for towing at this moment in human history. Next year or decade I reserve the right to change opinion, and say EV rigs can tow reasonably well etc.
