I just wonder what changed Ram's inflation guidelines for the rears :H I realize the truck itself has gained some weight. Stock DRW is about 9k now compared to my 06 that was 8K. That equates to 166 lbs per tire which requires a extra 25 lbs per tire :S
What is it that makes 65PSI for a empty truck bed correct now compared to 10 years ago empty truck needing only 40PSI :h :h
Something tells me a suit from the legal department changed the inflation pressure. Most likely someone did forget to air up before towing heavy and Ram heard about it.
The 80 front and 65 rear are for FULL axle ratings of 6,000# and 9,750#. These numbers are for the 13 and newer 3500 RAM Dually's.
The 60 front and 80 rear are for a fully loaded SRW 3500 RAM.
