We have an inside shower in our camper and have never used it. When we are travelling every 2nd day we find a campground with showers.
When we are boondocking there is usually a lake to refresh oneself in after a hard day or mountain biking or motorbiking.
When we canoed the Bowron lakes and hiked the West Coast trail we went a week without a shower.
I always thought an outside shower would have been nice to rinse off sand.
