I happen to love my outside shower, especially when boondocking in warm weather. One nice feature of using it is having lots of room, observing the flora and fauna, and not filling up your gray water tanks. No wiping down the shower/bathroom afterwards either.
A trick I use is save an old shower curtain and use it as a makeshift shower mat outside so your feet do not get dirty. Place your flip/flops at the uphill edge of the shower curtain and wala, no muddy or wet shoes. Hang it in any tree or bush to air dry quickly., This is great for kids dogs, or even the wife. Well maybe I'm still a kid!.
Keep in mind this behavior may be frowned upon at certain "high brow" resorts! Use with discretion! Yes I usually have swimming trunks on!:C
