Having a small pop up I don't have an inside shower. Don't need it. Had an inside shower on our S&S but never used it. Always the outside shower.
Have a pop up shower enclosure and a "one ring" inflatable small child's wading pool to catch the water. No muddy mess around the camper. Just drag it off to the bushes to empty it.
I can have long hot showers without filling the grey tank. Works well for extended boondocking. Especially if I have packed in more water or have a creek to pump from.
