Honestly, in 12-years of truck camping, we have only used the outside shower a few times ... usually for the dogs. Therefore, we are definitely an inside shower people. Although, in our previous tent camping life, we always showered outdoors in our birthday suits (remote backwoods sites).
Now, as my hair is becoming more thin and grey, I find simplicity desireable. With an inside shower, there is no set-up or break down and we can jump in anytime we want - especially handy with the kids.
OH! You can save even more money by skipping the bed and dinette and using a sleeping bag and tv tray instead. :) Sorry. That was my pitiful attempt at humor.
