We have a Hallmark Guanella with no shower/toilet inside. Been a tent guy/family all my life (still do) and got the TC 3 years ago. We've found two things pretty common with our style of camping:
1. We either boondock hard in the forest or;
2. We stop over at a state park that has a shower/bathhouse
We use the outdoor shower most of the time. We have no issues with it. I don't want the weight of an inside shower (or toilet). Also I have never taken a shower or done a #2 in my tents, and I would not want to do it in my enclosed camper either!
