On newer F150's the 4 wires you need for a brake controller are in a bundle under the dash you get the correct adapter for the controller add the fuse in the fuse box and you're good. You may want to check if the wires are already there on yours, especially if it has a factory tow package I like etrailer but they said I needed a wiring harness kit and would have to run a 12 volt wire etc
Yea i tried looking yesterday, couldn't tell at first look, will take a closer look (was pretty late last night)
thanks for the input, seems it should be simple, Jeep is only 5 years old and I would think tow package covers this kind of stuff....
