Hmmm.... I run a network level ad-blocker, so I didn't see the link presented that way.
It is a Kohler DTV system. Hot & cold come in. Three shower heads come out. Electronic temperature & shower head control. Basically an electronic temperature control instead of the thermostatic one in the camper. The price?? Not cheap if that is what you are asking! The entire shower remodel was well in to the four-figures, and that is with me as a DIY installer. But it is pretty nice and a couple steps above big-box-store quality.
