Installing ladder on trailer ???
I am wondering if its worth it. Is it difficult to find studs for mounting and is it really necessary. How many times do you need to go up there. Opinions and comments appreciated.

I would not add a ladder, and many TT roofs are not meant to be walked on. There are times when getting on the roof is necessary, such as replacing vent covers, checking/redoing caulking, and AC servicing. In these cases, it is often recommended to lay some support on the roof to spread the weight. Using a tall step ladder is a good choice, so you don't have a ladder laying direct on roof edge.
