Insurance on trailer while waiting for pick up?

So, here's my dilemma: I have purchased and paid for an RV from a dealer in the mid-west. The shipper I have secured will not be able to pick the trailer up for about 2 more weeks. How do I insure ...

Have you asked the dealer?

Perhaps if you pay more for the shipping they can pick it up sooner than 2 weeks.
