I'd be more upset with the insurance agent who falsified information in the first place.
In theory, you have a claim against them but probably not worth the hassle.
If they are calling the truck personal property, can you buy a personal property policy. Did that for the DW's wedding ring. I would make sure to send an email and confirm exactly what the expectations are to the agent and save a copy. That way if they misrepresented the policy, you can point to the email where you confirmed the assumptions...if they don't come back and correct you, it's on them. Of course, they may come back and tell you, you got it wrong but then you have the opportunity to find a solution.
