WTH are you talking about? you mean the Ford is bigger and a bit more cumbersome than a GM twin or Ram???? I didn't realize a size difference . They are all pretty much parking hogs :B

I don't know about GM but, my 2500HD Ram had a much tighter turning radius than my F250 and it steered more like a big car with it's rack and pinion steering verses the F250's recirculating ball. Just the same, the were both poor choices for the urban cowboy's brief case transporter. But at least they ride like square wheeled rickshaws!
