Yes lifeline AGM will fair better than the WM flooded battery.
I hope the charging system is getting to 14.4 volts when expected or this Lifeline might be a bit undercharged and reduced capacity.

Yes various upgrades can be made. The OP seems to be limiting his circumstances to the existing single battery. That is the basis of my posts here.

I didn't want to go into the dreaded 50% rule everyone is aware of..By the way,I read an article on that and it said,if you draw your battery down to 20% all the time,you will only lose 6%of your life span..Interesting,I thought.

OP said he has budget issues. Suggesting a Jackery at $1000 isn’t an option for him. Then he needs to breakout his generator...to recharge the Jackery. Usable Jackery amps is about 70.
