Our 5th wheel sits at the edge of our back yard woods here. We can spend any number of nights in it anytime we want. I have a 20AMP shore power cable going to it from the garage which runs everything in it including the air conditioner.
I just have to watch what is all tuned on at the same time otherwise it will trip the garage circuit breaker...
This is a great get-away for us just sitting in the back yard...
We also have a spot all done up where our OFF-ROAD POPUP trailer sits when not on the road. This has a fire pit made up of rocks etc... This is just like camping OFF-ROAD for us.. Get to hear the same night sounds here in the back yard up against the woods line. This is all run off our battery bank and I have to power up my 2KW Generator each morning to get the batteries back up which takes a few hours.
This camping spot is around 200-feet from the garage 120VAC receptacle where my 5th wheel trailer is about 70-feet away.
