yep, mine was on the sales floor for a spell. I want a rebate.
and this wasn't the OPs unit, he hadn't even made an offer, etc. but the only issue is should it be sold as "new"? hasn't been titled, etc. yet so I would guess legally it passes as new.
and as far as cooties go, the most common recommendation here for folks buying their first RV is to buy used. some people do buy used and don't even throw out the old mattress.
