Car dealers who take NEW inventory and allow their "sales" team drive the vehicle MUST also sell that vehicle as a "DEMO".
Yes, the car gets full factory warranty, BUT they must disclose and sell it as a dealer demo vehicle.
On vehicles unless they have driven it from another dealer (IE dealer trades) it should have only a few miles (IE 10 miles or less).
Trailers since they do not have odometers there is no easy way to determine if a dealer "lent" a unit out.
Technically though, if it left the dealer lot for any reason other then for repair, then it is a "DEMO" unit.. Price should reflect it as being slightly used..
Personally, it is a sleazy thing to do and I would be concerned if one needed "repairs" to said RV they may allow their employees to take YOUR RV for a camping trip without your knowledge while in for repairs.
Best thing to do is find a more reputable dealer.
Umm I believe what was being thrown around was "USED". Big difference between demo and used.
