I can't believe this is an accepted or ethical policy and still call it "new". Personally I wouldn't buy it, unless I was looking for used.
Frankly I am surprised the dealer gave you the heads up on his friend borrowing it...that trailer should now be sold as a demo/rental model.

I would NOT buy anything from this dealership AND I would drop a note stating the personal use of new RV's to the manufacturer AND the owner of the dealership.....just in case it really was one of the salesman using it. :W
