I think I found the problem

Pulled the vent and saw the ducting to the rear of the coach wasn't connected. The other two (intake and front bunk/door) were barely connected. I blocked the door vent (the one that blew great) and was able to put my hand in the front bunk duct and feel heat come out.
Hopefully once the reconnect that rear duct it will equalize the front a bit. I can't even get my hand to the duct with the rats nest of wires in the way.
