Glad you find the problem. I just bought a heartland bighorn and amongst the multitude of other problems I've had, two of the vents weren't connected so the heat to those was just going into the underbelly. I like the design, layout etc but the overall workmanship is sad. I'll let the dealer fix things a couple time, then have to start doing most of it myself to get it right.
