Being in the construction industry, this doesn't surprise me that much. These are houses on wheels and there are a lot of components. Unlike a car, where everything is mass produced and automated and programmed, these are all hand built (I assume). It's easy to see something easily forgotten or not put on right. Is it acceptable? As long as the warranty covers it I don't care that much. Yea it's a pain to bring it to the dealer, but for the cost of the coach, I can't complain.
It's not a top tier coach and at has only had a few bugs since owning. If it were a $40K coach I would be a little more upset. For $20K, I am ok with a few little issues. At the end of the day, everything still works and the heat still produces heat, just not ducted correctly. Should be an easy fit for a monkey to get in there and reattach.
