All one has to do is take a walk around any CG or RV park. It can be an eye opener. Many. many trucks, SUV, etc towing over GVWR. It doesn't make it right or wrong. If everything thats said about towing over the GVWR was as bad as we read then why aren't we hearing about more court cases, weight checks. etc?
I could understand someone getting in a wreck and getting sued for being over weight not wanting to post about it. It would be rather humiliating. But with the amount of campers I see towing overweight you would think that someone would know someone that got sued and it would be mentioned.
Not advocating towing over, but I just wonder why it's very rarely ever brought up in a "Got a ticket" or "Just lost everything in a court case" thread?
