Besides the 130# I had extra in my toolbox am I overloaded? Truck has a GVWR of 14K, front axle 6K, rear axle 9,750# and a GCVWR over 37K.
Ok, please explain if my RAWR is 9,750# and that is what I normally run at and my front axle weight right out of the box is 5K how is it even possible to be within 14K?
FACT the 14K is JUST a number!!! It is to keep the truck in Class 3 any higher it would suffer from MUCH higher licensing and insurance. Same goes for the F450.
Only thing I would be subject to if weighed would be a ticket if i had 14K licensing. All it takes to be legal is tonnage that meets or exceeds your GVW.
